Day 7.5 H&R Block Budget Challenge

• Go to: H&R Block Budget Challenge and Log In
• use first initial / last initial / id# for username
• use first initial / last initial / locker combo for password
• click Log In

• click on Student Home and take any quizzes or surveys
• survey
• pre-quiz
• ODP
• open your budget spreadsheet and add in your expected net pay on each pay day (Vendor Selections, Pay)
• hover over Student Home, click on Bank
• Watch the Don’t Be That Guy Video

• List and describe different types of bank accounts:

• click on Vendors
• choose Surge Credit Card
• review credit card bill
• make note of balance due and due date
• How to do well:
• log in everyday (even on weekends)
• take surveys
• score well on quizzes
• pay bills on time
• save money into 401(k)
• earn interest on your deposits
